Can someone help me. 1. x – 3 > –9 2. –2x + 1 ≤ –11 3. 10 < –3x + 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not for sure exactly how to do it but is it like x-3>-9 +3 +3 x<-6??? for 1.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, that's exactly how you do it. I'm pretty sure if you divide a negative number, you have to flip the inequality sign.
