im not for sure exactly how to do it but is it like x-3>-9 +3 +3 x<-6??? for 1.
Yes, that's exactly how you do it. I'm pretty sure if you divide a negative number, you have to flip the inequality sign.

Yup, do the addition/subtraction before multiplication/division.
