Of the Founding Fathers, George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, Aaron Burr, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, and John Adams, what were each of their individual strengths and weaknesses?

Burr doesn't belong on that list. He made no important contributions to the founding. Furthermore, John Jay -- who was president of the Continental Congress, negotiated the all-important Treaty of London with Great Britain following the Revolution, who wrote some of The Federalist Papers arguing for ratification of the Constitution, and who was the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court -- should be on it.
