Which of the following benefits has Florida experienced from space exploration? Space exploration has developed better spacesuits. We know more about deep-space objects. Space exploration has changed the culture. We have toilets that work without gravity.

Pssh, the obvious benefit Florida has acquired from space exploration is all the wages earned by people who work at Cape Canaveral and which are spent in the local Florida economy. Since those wages are paid by NASA (from Federal tax money) or by companies that earn their income from NASA, this is a net transfer of wealth from the citizens of other states (through their taxes) to the citizens of Florida. This dwarfs any of the effects mentioned above.

The question implies that only Florida has benefited from one of the answer choices so I'd go with C. If Carl's answer was in the list (economic gain in FL) it would make a lot more sense. As it stands, I think the question is just silly.
