switching from degrees to radians...the proportion to do so?

hero (hero):

To switch from degrees to radians, multiply by \(\large\frac{\pi}{180}\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank youu

hero (hero):

Switching from radians to degrees is even easier. Just substiute \(\pi = 180\)

hero (hero):

For example if you had \(\frac{2 \pi}{3}\), you would change it to \(\frac{2(180)}{3}\) That would simplify to \(2(60)\) or \(120^{\dot\ }\)
