list ,scheme and prolog. But be warned list, scheme use functional programming and use immutable data structure which are not easy to program. One need to have a good programming fundamentals to program in them. And prolog is a logic programming language which is even tougher to program in than functional programing. If you are thinking of machine learning and natural language processing algorithm then go for python which has good support for these functionality.
