hmm ok the factory system completely changed the labor system. mass production meant that workers were didn't have to do near as much making it possible for workers that weren't necessarily skilled. For example women and children worked in the factories and they worked for lower wages.

oh and as far as unionizing, the workers had to deal with the fact that they were being paid unfairly.
