C. If you multiply the brackets out, you get 5x+30 </= 3x - 4 and then get x terms on one side and numbers on the other.. 2x </= -34 divide by 2 both sides and you get x </= - 17. but wait, you might want someone else to answer this, im pretty sure the equality sign changes when you divide.. sorry
