Find two values that multiply to give you 10x^2y^2 and add to give you -7xy
The two numbers are -5xy and -2xy
3(x^2 -5xy - 2xy + 10Y^2)
3[x(x-5y)-2y(x-5y)]
3(x-5y)(x-2y)
