Alright, to start off what do you know about groundwater?

One super important (and relevant) issue is that alot of it is fresh water - why do you think this would be important?

I haven't really heard the term "groundwater cycle" before, but such things are usually made up of water inputs and outputs. What inputs and outputs do you think exist in the groundwater cycle? (Eg. Precipitation would infiltrate into the groundwater and so would be an input).
