It sounds important :P If it's a really big thing you might have to wait a while to find someone who is qualified and will answer your question so my tip is be patient. Also, my guess is that you just have to have A LOT AND A LOT of math experience (like extra math classes in college and degrees and all that jazz). Good luck on finding your answer. :)
