http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=arcsin%28.1655%29 now you have to convert the decimal part to minutes
Oh cool, wolfram. How would I convert?
i think you multiply by 60
to get minutes, then take the the decimal if there is any, multiply by 60 again to get seconds
