The sum of the facing pages of a book is 81. what is the page number of the left facing page and that of the right page. I think it is 40 on the left and 41 on the right. can any one tell me if this is right?

Let's check it 40 and 41 are consecutive numbers (since 41 follows right after 40), so they are page numbers that are next to each other (which means they are pages that face each other) and 40+41 = 81 So you are correct
