yeh. people with chrome as their browser but Windows version.  I tried it with my mac and there's only a slight delay for the smart score to display

Ok all, thanks for the feedback and patience.  We've been making some improvements to the overall backend infrastructure the past two weeks - means better performance long term but more bugs short term.  We're almost there.

Alright folks, we restarted the web processes which appears to have resolved the issue. We're going to be increasing our log verbosity moving forward to better audit these situations. We're going to do a deploy momentarily to put these changes into effect.
