The brand name TV is 3/8 the size of the other TV.  To figure out how large the larger TV is take the dimensions of the smaller TV and multiply them times the inverse of 3/8.

Algebraically, it's like this for the width:$$\frac{3}{8}w=12$$Solve for w(idth).    Do the same for the length.
