If the generic television set is 12 inches by 24 inches, what are the dimensions of the brand name television? 7.5 inches by 15 inches 28 inches by 56 inches 32 inches by 64 inches 4.5 inches by 9 inches

The brand name TV is 3/8 the size of the other TV. To figure out how large the larger TV is take the dimensions of the smaller TV and multiply them times the inverse of 3/8.

Algebraically, it's like this for the width:\[\frac{3}{8}w=12\]Solve for w(idth). Do the same for the length.
