I've tried this 3 times... help?!?

A company that manufactures storage bins for grains made a drawing of a silo. The silo has a conical base, as shown below.



What is the total volume of grains that can be stored in the silo?

divide the figure into a cone(at the bottom) and cylinder and then solve
radius is 2ft for both. height of cylinder is 8.5ft and that of the cone is 4.5ft.
