The younger she dresses, the older she looks . is it a.simile I know its not that or a metaphor so is it paradox or personification I think its personification.

I think it's a paradox.
Personification gives human qualities to something that is not human. For example, "The wind screamed with fury." Wind cannot actually scream, so this is personification.
