Which of the following describes what might happen if the septum in the heart ruptured? Blood from outside the heart would leak into the heart. Blood entering the atria would leak into the ventricles. Oxygenated and deoxygenated blood would mix in the heart. Incoming and outgoing blood would mix, causing turbulence.

The septum separates the left and right ventricles - the chambers which pump blood out of the heart into the systematic and pulmonary circulations, respectively. Think about the difference between the blood before it goes to the pulmonary circulation (i.e., through the lungs) and after it goes through the lungs.
