The trouble is, we have yet to see this problem happen to us. We hear users who say they have it happen to them, but we haven't been able to track down what exactly is going on. Rest assured, we're looking into it.

If it helps, I think the chrome version I have is 21.0.1180.79 m .
Like I said I'm totally clueless to what will help and what won't.
I don't know if the following issue is connected or not, but I don't show up while typing this.
