Hey Brij, 
As I tried solving the system using the elimination method, I found that the system has infinitely many solutions.  One of the variables has 0=0 attached to them.  When that happens, the system kinda breaks apart to have infinitely many solutions rather than just one solution or no solutions.  

So I found the answer to this problem to be infinitely many solutions.

I too solved this problem with elimination method initially and got the same solution. However here i have four options for this question and any one of four is the right answer. 
A) 8:10:11  B) 8:11:40
C) 11:40:8  D) 8:40:11

Would you like to have a look into the options. I hope you can get some clue..
