This happened when I clicked my smartscore(on the top right corner). It usually leads to my profile age but this came up instead.

this thing appears on my computer too .. a million times actually .. what is this ?

This is a processing glitch. It appears when your computer is given too much information on one loading page while other tabs are open. The page doesn't load correctly and the internal text becomes messy thus, putting stuff in odd places. This happens to lots of people on Yahoo Answers because of the huge community and loading time.
