What is the product of 2√35x * 3√14x ? Simplify if possible. 294x√10 42x√10 12x2√10 42√10x^2

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

2√35x * 3√14x = 6 * √5√7√7√2 x^2 - can you continue ?

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

whats √7 * √7 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

42x√10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because 2√(35x) * 3√(14x) 6√(35x * 14x) 6√(490x^2) 6x * 7√(10) 42x√(10)

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

ok - it couldd be this is √14* x or √(14x) ? - also the 35 bit ?

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

oh - ok - i wasn't sure about those square roots - it could have been taken either - it would have been better to write them as √(14) your answer is correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you
