simplify 12(c + 3d + 4f) + 2(2c + d + 6f) using distributive property

first distribute the 12 and the 2 over the 2 parentheses then add like terms
can you write it out as a math problem please?
it would be 12c+36d+48f+4c+2d+12f, then combine like terms which would be 16c+38d+60f
where did you get those numbers?
you distribute the 12 to everything in the parantheses next to it same with the 2 so you multiply for each one

so it will be 12c+36d+48f
