I think that the answer is D. I know that is C and A is true, so I think that B must be true as well though I cannot think of specific examples. We have used A in DNA studies to prove that DNA is inherited by Semi-conservative replication. And C is true as well,  because we have used radiation therapy to kill cancer (and sadly normal) cells.

You're right, the answer is D. B is correct as well - for example, consider PET scans, a diagnostic tool that relies on the use of radioisotopes.
