i need help i am confused :(

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

x^2 - x - 7 = 0 a = 1, b = -1 and c = -7 subvstitute these values in the formula x =[ -b + sqrt(b^2 - 4ac) ] / 2a and x =[ -b - sqrt(b^2 - 4ac) ] / 2a to find the solutions

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

can you do that?
