Idk about Calc 3, but I hear it's like Calc 2, just added a z coordinate, but other than that I hear if you get the basic you're good...

all I need to do now is Stats/Linear Algebra, and I think I'll be fine with those :).

I don't, when I first took Calc 2(Yeah this isn't my first time...) I told the "Math/Science" Tutoring center about it, and the dude who helped me Mr. R was interested....

The sad thing is that people don't use this site to "learn" it's more of a "Help me with my homework" kind of deal...

I even started answering questions to help my smart score, and I learned some basic tricks that I didn't know in the past....

but yea, you do see a lot of lazy peeps... They don't even say thanks or give medals, just pop questions and that's it.... Oh those finals are going to HURT :).

I have the same experience here often of learning through teaching. It's probably the biggest reason I come on here.

As for the lazy people, that is a well documented problem here. I think I am a mod largely because of my opposition to giving out answers, which was once considered rather acceptable.

One time i was looking to help people and I answered a few questions for this girl who really didn't care. Next Q I just gave the answer first then was going to explan (figured they didn't even care about the explanation) and JamesJ comes in and warns me, then finishes the q LOL. Just wont help peeps who dont' care....
