If she earned $1.95, how many of the coins were dimes? a. 3 b. 6 c. 9 d. 12 <--- is this correct? Jake and Amanda drove for 9 hours against a wind speed of 8 mph. Traveling with the same wind speed, it took them 7 hours to make the return trip. How fast were they traveling in still air a. 64 mph (i think this one) b. 66 mph c. 68 mph d. 70 mph

i could solve them for you... a dime is 10 cents(i think) 12 dimes=>1.2$ and 3 quarters=>1.95$ 2nd question. the distance is the same =>9(x-8)=7(x+8)...
