Can you come up with a formula for area of the triangle and rectangle and equate them based on the parameters of a circle?

The radius has length equal to h/2 plus the altitude of the triangle, so the altitude of the triangle is 1-h/2. If the rectangle and the triangle have the same area, then bh =1/2b(1-h/2). Solving for h, we have h = 2/5
