lets call the measure of the first angle $x$
then the measure of the second angle, being 10 degrees less, is $x-10$ 
and the measure of the third angle, being 10 degrees less than twice the first, is $2x-10$

since they add up to 180 you know 
$$x+x-10+2x-10=108$$ and we can use this equality to solve for $x$

you get $4x-20=180$ 
add 20 to both sides to get $4x=200$ 
divide by 20 gives $x=50$
so the three angles are 
$$50,40,90$$
