you need a table for this, but it might be the case that 2.5% of normally distributed data lie above two standard deviations above the mean
but you need to find out if that is true or not before you can start

your answer of $120,000 is 4 standard deviations above the mean, and i am fairly sure only a very very small percentage  of the data are greater than 4 sd above the mean
