My little brother needs help with this:
Why can a subtraction problem be rewritten as an addition problem without changing the outcome?

Give a real-world scenario where this might be modeled.

if u say "if u substract 3 years to my age you get your age", it could be rephrased as "if u add three years to your age u get my age"
