What is 10 - 5 2/3

hero (hero):

Hint (9 - 5) + (3/3 - 2/3)

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

you can do this in a few ways one way is to change everything to improper fractions with denominator 3: 10 = 30/3 and 5 2/3 = 17/3 30/3 + 17/3 = can you continue?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am confused now lol ... witch way is easier ?

hero (hero):

Mine if you really think about it because you don't have to change it to improper fraction to figure it out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay thank you !

hero (hero):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hero (hero):
