If you are looking for examples of this then in protozoans it would be Suctoria, Radiolaria, Heliozoa, Ciliata, and Myxosporidia. 
In bacteria it would be a lot of pathogenic biofilm bacteria and a great amount of water dwelling bacteria. 
Multicellular organisms would be the Hydra. 
Budding is when a new cell "buds" off from the parent cell. It is asexual reproduction.
