I need help with writing a thesis statement. I have to write an exploratory essay which i have to compare and contrast online and on-ground classes

Compare: the similar of the topic
Contrast: the differ of the topic
the thesis statement is depends on how the two things you've chosen compare/contrast actually relate to each another.

What is the "big question" in your paper? If you don't know, writing a thesis will be difficult. Sometimes it's easier to write a thesis statement after you have written your body paragraphs.
Come up with THREE main points, and write at least three sentences (facts or examples) for each one.
Then, go back and try to write your thesis. Sometimes you just need to do some research, first.
