Try getting rid of the denominators (by multiplying everything by them), and then bashing out the addition.

Note that the denominator on the right (3x+15) is equal to the product of the denominators on the left. So combine the two left hand side fractions, and then remove the denominators.

Yep, because you're basically multiplying each side of the equation by 3x+15.
