Question

I have to write a report on Norman Borlaug (nothing big, just 500 words) and the main specifications are telling how Norman Borlaug effected humans in general, how he effected biology, and how he effected me. Can someone tell me what connection he might have to everyday people and how his studies and experiments changed biology in any way? (I did try google but all of the articles are 100 pages long and very scientific and hard to focus on -.-)

Well according to wikipedia he won the Nobel Peace Prize which is kind of a big deal, I'm sure you can write about that. He seemed to work in agriculture, which seems like something that can impact people, cause food is sort of a big deal.
