pls answer this with explanation and solution ! 1) the sum of the exterior angles of any polygon is always equal to. 2) the radius of the metal ream of a bicycle wheel is 10 inches. what is the circumference of the ream? 3) find the volume of a cube whose total surface area is 216cm2. 4)the height and the radius of a right circular cone are both equal to 6cm. find its volume in cubic centimeter.
The sum of the exterior angles of a polygon is like this: Suppose you are walking around a polygon-shaped block. At each "corner" you turn a little. By the time you have made it all the way around the block you have completed a full circle, or 360 degrees. The exterior angles are the number of degrees you turn each time.
2) The radius (r) is half the way across the circle (10 inches). The diameter (D) is all the way across (twice as long as r). The circumference (C) is the distance around a circle. C divided by D is a special number we call pi.
Total surface area is the sum of the areas of each side. A cube has six sides, just like a six-sided die. Each individual side will have area one sixth the total surface area. That area will be the square of the side length. The volume fo the cube will be the side length to the 3rd power or s^3.
