OpenStudy (sasogeek):

does anyone know any good javascript tutorials out there? I'm starting out with this [ http://www.hoboes.com/NetLife/Web_Scripting/Web_Scripting_PDF/ ] but idk if it's enough... studying from multiple resources helps sometimes so a couple more guides and tutorials won't hurt :) thanks

OpenStudy (theviper):

@saifoo.khan may help :)

Parth (parthkohli):

http://codecademy.com is the best out in the market.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Here's a good list. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/learn/javascript I've used Codecademy myself as well, it's great.

OpenStudy (ytry):

Do you want video tutorials, or stuff that is written?

OpenStudy (sasogeek):

when it comes to coding, i usually prefer to read. but I'd watch videos of talks about coding, not tutorials, usually those suck :P

OpenStudy (sasogeek):

but if you have any video tutorials u think is good, i'd love to check it out :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

http://www.w3schools.com/js/default.asp is a very good site for every type of programming tutorials but if you want videos you can watch youtube there is a channel called "teachmeComputer" that can help you with java scripting.

OpenStudy (ytry):

I would recommend looking at Thenewboston on youtube he has tons of video tutorials that explain everything.

OpenStudy (sasogeek):

OpenStudy (ytry):

OpenStudy (sasogeek):

OpenStudy (ytry):

OpenStudy (sasogeek):

OpenStudy (sasogeek):

i'm using the tutorials from codeacademy atm though

OpenStudy (ytry):

How is codeacademy, I never gave it a try?
