Let f(x) = -4x + 7 and g(x) = 10x - 6, find f(g(x)).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So first you have to do the inner one g(x) than the outer one. So when you take a number x, g(x) will be 10x-6 Than the number you have to put 10x-6 into the f(x) function. So there instead of x it will be -4(10x-6)+7
