OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[m <BCD\]

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

BD is a diameter since points B and D lie on the circle and point P (the center of the circle) lies on segment BD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

BCD is right as it forms a triangle with the diameter. As in, diameter + 1 point on the circumference end up making a right angled triangle.

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

So the central angle BPD is 180 degrees

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

use the inscribed angle theorem and take half of this angle to get the central angle BCD
