What might happen if an economic geographer did not interview citizens when preparing a city transportation plan?

How is this for an answer " It would be a waste and there would most likely be some angry citizens. Possibly a waste of taxpayers money on things that aren't specifically need at that time by many people." I looked at some things and came up with this.

That sounds good, how long does your answer need to be?

Anyway you could expand on your paragraph and give an example of what money might be wasted on (ie. give an example of a specific thing that people might need and what a geographer might place) and perhaps include some of the things that you looked at?
