I think it's A because they advertise a hotline to help you quit. That's the most sensible one to me.

D, I don't think it influences the daily behavior of its people. Think about it... How does the advertisement influence the daily behavior? (Note the use of 'daily'.)

i thought that because that it says daily behavior, they smoke daily, they want to influence them to get better, (with i thought tha tht wording for behavior didnt make sense but doesnt that make sense?) of some sort?
