FIrst, find out how many cm is burned off of the candle for each hour burned.  There is a pattern you should be able to see for both candles.

Then take that and create an equation with it.  Let x be the number of hours and y be the height.

depending on how the graph/plot looks like for each candle, you can come up with the equations (candle 1, candle 2; x) using linear regression or quadratic regression.
