well there is a slight mistake at the end... if you have 5x - 5x then 5x - 5x = 0 so the equation is 0 = 32 which has no solution. the question is basically saying if you have 2 lines y = 5(x - 4) and y = 5x + 12 where do there intersect..... they don't because the lines are parallel...
