Which of the following statements is true about the scientific process? The hypothesis is always supported in the end. You can change the hypothesis if the experiment is not supporting it. Your hypothesis must be testable. You can change the data if it doesn’t support the hypothesis.

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

hypothesis aren't always supported in the end because the hypothesis can be right or wrong. The hypothesis is only an ASSUMPTION for the outcome of the experiment. You cannot change the hypothesis if the experiment is wrong because like I said, the hypothesis is just an assumption. So, it CAN be right or wrong. There is nothing bad if the hypothesis is wrong, so no need to change it. You cannot change the data if it does not support the hypothesis because like i said the hypothesis CAN be right or wrong, and there is nothing bad if it's wrong. Also, the data usually never lies, so it's more correct than the hypothesis so by method of deduction, the only choice left is "hypothesis is testable", so that's your answer
