Determine for what numbers, if any, the given function is discontinuous. I will post pic

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A. 5 B. None C. 0 D. -5, 5

OpenStudy (ghazi):

definition of function changes at 5 so you can find where there is a break and function is discontinuous

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is much much easier than you may think replace \(x\) by \(5\) in both expressions if you get the same answer, it is continuous if not, it is discontinuous

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so it is discontinious thank u @ghazi and @satellite73

OpenStudy (ghazi):

:) credit should be given to @satellite73

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@satellite73 what would the answer be then? D??
