Our Mistakes Our Punishments



Daily, there are many atrocities going occurring around the world. Each and every one of us blaming one another. We tend to think that if one person does something, then all of that kind does. We blame others for something that not they, but another person did. This is unfair and it causes more issues in the world. We shouldn’t blame others for our own mistakes.
When someone does something wrong, should you be blamed? Should you be punished? No. This isn’t right. The only person to be blamed and punished should be the one responsible for the crime or sin committed. The Holocaust was the terrible tragedy in which nearly 6 million Jews were killed. The Germans, blaming everything on the Jews decided to kill them. Basically, millions of innocent Jews were killed because of the problems the Germans themselves had created for themselves. Was it fair that the Jews were to blame? Was it fair for them to die? No, and it should not be repeated. It is simply unfair and unjust. This shouldn’t have had to happen.
When we blame one another, we all get into one big argument in who is to blame. In the world, this is what is happening. We fight over which race is bad and which is good. Which people should be exterminated, and which should stay. We fight over who should rule and who shouldn’t. This causes so much bloodshed and more hatred. More issues I the world is the last thing we all need. We need to stop blaming one another. If there is someone that is doing wrong, it should be solely that person that is to be punished. Not the whole race, family or friends. If we take care of the people that need to be taken care of instead of a whole bunch of people of that kind, we might actually find some peace in the world.
Some say “Birds of a feather flock together.” With this quote, people argue that people of the same kind tend to do the same thing. However is this fair? If one Muslim bombed an area and was named terrorist, does that mean all Muslims are terrorists? No. Just because one person made a mistake doesn’t mean another person in the same group as them does the same.
We all make mistakes; however we must suffer the consequences. No one is responsible for the mistakes we commit. We are solely responsible, and must face every punishment ourselves. In this world, we are only responsible for our own actions.
