which branch is stronger? legislature or the executive and what is their main role or what do they do?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the legislative branch has more power because the can enact laws, declare wars, tax and many more and the executive branch only has a say in some things, can veto and is the head in name, it still has to get permission from congress in many things.....well its all checks and balances

legislative because mostly they control the law and they also declare war
