Find a formula for: A cosine function with a maximum at (0,5) a minimum at (Pi, -5) and no extrema in between.

My thoughts on this are that the function would be y= 5 (Cosx), however, I have no idea what extrema means

in ohterwords, they want the this to move smoothly from high to low between the points
