hw to do multiple integrals?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I guess I'd like to know that myself *grins*, you don't mean double integrals? \[\Large \int\int dxdy \]

sam (.sam.):

\[[\int\limits [\int\limits dx]dy]\] Do the one inside the bracket first then do the other

It depends on the kind of double/triple integral. If you have a nice, normal double integral, just do the inner one, then the outer one. If you have a surface integral, you need to put in an extra factor (the cross product of the normal vectors).
