Sorry I meant to say shading to the left! Here: Divide by -1 (-x is equal to -1x): x < -3 No equal sign (< or >) : open circle Equal Sign (<= or >=) : closed circle Greater than: shading to the right Less than: shading to the left. So open circle at -3, shading to the left.
